App Integrations

The App Integrations panel of the VIP Dashboard displays a list of Integrations that are available for an application’s environments. This panel also provides access to the Configure Integration panel where a selected Integration can be activated and configured for an environment.

For WordPress multisite environments, some Integrations can be activated and configured on a per-network site basis.

Access

Prerequisite

To access and manage settings in the App Integrations panel a user must have an App admin role for an application or an Org admin role.

To access the App Integrations panel:

  1. Navigate to the application view of the VIP Dashboard.
  2. Select “Integrations” from the left-hand navigation menu.

The App Integrations panel is environment-specific (e.g., production, develop). A different environment type can be selected from the dropdown at the upper left of the VIP Dashboard application view.

A table on the App Integrations panel displays a list of all Integrations that are currently available for the application. Information related to each Integration is organized across three columns:

  • Integration Name: The name of an Integration and a general description of its features and functionality.
  • Status: The activation status of an Integration; either “Active” (i.e. activated on at least one environment in the application) or “Inactive” (i.e. not activated on any environments).
  • Actions: The available options for configuration, deactivation, and information resources for an Integration.
    • Select the linked text with the value “Configure” to access the Configure Integration panel and manage an Integration for the environment.
    • Select the three-dot menu (“···“) to display a flyout menu and select a link to an Integration’s “Overview” page, “Support Documentation”, or the option to “Deactivate Integration”.

Deactivate an Integration

Integrations are environment-specific. A different environment belonging to the application (e.g., staging, develop) can be selected from the dropdown located at the upper left of the VIP Dashboard.

In the table row of the Integration to be removed:

  1. Locate the column labeled “Action”.
  2. Select the three-dot menu (“···“) to the right of the linked text with the value “Configure“.
  3. Select the option labeled “Remove Integration” in the flyout menu.
  4. Confirm deactivation of the Integration by selecting the button labeled “Remove” in the confirmation dialog.

WordPress multisite

For WordPress multisite environments, deactivating an Integration from within the App Integrations panel will deactivate the Integration from the environment and all network sites on that environment.
