Plugin Updated: Akismet 4.1.8

We upgraded Akismet to v4.1.8 (previously 4.1.7)

This release includes two fixes:

• Fixed missing fields in submit-spam and submit-ham calls that could lead to reduced accuracy.
• Fixed usage of deprecated jQuery function.
