Dashboard: You can now pick your preferred time of day to receive backups

We’ve added the option to select a preferred time of day to receive backups. This option is only available when opting to receive daily backups on production sites.

We’ve fixed an issue where the live stream of events would not maintain the chronological order as new events come in.
