Dev-env: Improved local database performance defaults — these apply to all database use, with the largest gains on big SQL imports (binary logging disabled on MySQL, InnoDB buffer pool raised to 1G to match the VIP production default, larger redo log, relaxed per-commit flushing). Existing environments pick the settings up automatically on their next start
Edge Worker deploys are upload-only by default and now preview current and intended active state before mutation.
Edge Worker deployment failures now distinguish upload failures from ambiguous enable failures and provide state-verification guidance.
Updated contributor guidance for maintaining the Node.js and Go CLI runtimes.
