vip dev-env logs
Retrieve logs for a local environment.
Usage
vip dev-env logs [options]
Options
Option | Description |

-d , --debug |
Generate verbose output during command execution to help identify or fix errors or bugs. |
-f , --follow |
Continually output logs as they are generated. |
-h , --help |
Retrieve a description, examples, and available options for a (sub)command. |
-S , --service |
Restrict to a single service. |
-s , --slug |
A unique name for a local environment. Default is “vip-local”. |
-v , --version |
Retrieve the version number of VIP-CLI currently installed on the local machine. |
Examples
- Retrieve logs for all running services of the local environment named "example-site".
$ vip dev-env logs --slug=example-site
- Retrieve logs only for the "elasticsearch" service of the local environment named "example-site".
$ vip dev-env logs --service=elasticsearch --slug=example-site
- Retrieve and continually output logs for the "database" service of the local environment named "example-site".
$ vip dev-env logs --service=database --follow --slug=example-site
